Cleartwo started when two veterans of the IT sector (one from Stockport and one from Manchester) both started to notice the same unsettling trend: The industry was becoming more confused and divided. Many companies outsourced their IT concerns to contractors, which enabled a culture of passing the blame when help was needed most. If a website went down, the blame would shift from the web host to the internet provider to the hardware provider, rather than the site going back up. The founders of Cleartwo wanted to deal with everything and anything in-house for better results.
Years later, Cleartwo has realised that concept by offering everything from website design to IT consultancy in one company. That has branched out with offices in Stockport, Manchester London and Birmingham.
The team has expanded, bringing new areas of expertise and new ideas, allowing us to ensure that all aspects and areas of the IT industry are well represented in our team. Like a one-stop-shop, you can get everything from website design to IT consultancy at Cleartwo.
Early on, we noticed that smaller companies and offices were being overlooked. These small offices and business had no internal IT support, so they relied on expensive contractors to solve their issues. At first, we offered these businesses affordable maintenance packages giving them peace of mind and help that was only a call away. As these relationships grew stronger, we found that they approached us for consultancy on future IT directions. With this trust and interest in consultancy services, we have expanded our consultancy team to include Microsoft and Apple certified staff members.
From here, the company grew into many other aspects of business consultancy. We started to design and implement websites and email solutions for companies and the public alike. By focussing on the smaller end of the market with affordable, customer-oriented offers, we moved into web design.
Thanks to our excellent services and continuing focus on smaller customers, the majority of our business comes from referrals. No matter how much Cleartwo grows and progresses, we will always have customer service at our core.
Now, years later, Cleartwo are a prominent figure in the world of IT Support, Website and Design, Dynamics CRM and IT Consultancy.
